Microcomputers Profile


The Computer Science Department's Macs and Windows based microcomputers are maintained by LCSR Computing Facility. There are two types of microcomputers - faculty and staff computers and semi public labs computers. These Macs and Windows computers run standard software with MacOS X running on the Macintoshes and Windows XP/Vista/7 running on the Dells. Below you will find more details information about these Microcomputers.

Please note that these numbers do not reflect a larger numbers of Microcomputers that run Fedora/Centos Linux OS. Most of our faculty desktops run Dell computers with Fedora/Centos Linux OS.
